For those who didn’t see the protocol I laid out last week, we’re shooting for, at least, two days a week where we take 14-16 hours between dinner and breakfast the next day. The important part here is that first meal. It needs to be nutritious. You need to cover all of your nutrient bases so you are not famished by the time dinner rolls around.
