Double whammy with the lower body today! Athletes may be sore from yesterday’s Step-up/Row combo, so make sure you give the lower body a little extra attention during warm-up. The total volume for both Squats and Box Jumps is 120 reps, which is pretty high given how fast the workout will be. We want the demand to be predominantly metabolic, so we stuck with a lighter load for the Squats. It is the same load for the Front and OH Squat.
