We hope everyone has their Squatting pants on today. 🙂 Double Squats and double pressing. Back Squat and Thrusters, Thrusters and Push-ups. At a light load. For multiple reps. The volume has the potential to get high on this one (around 100 Squats.) That’s the intention for today,

The loading is the same for the Back Squats and Thrusters.

There is a 1-min. rest at the end of each round.
