Today’s theme is Pulling and Hinging from the hip. Cardiovascular and muscular endurance are going to be an important fitness component today. We have also included a couple of skilled movements, the Power Snatch and Knees-to-Elbows. Both are great testers of coordination and accuracy (amongst other skills). The intention is for this to be a sub-15 min. workout.
