We are doubling up two days in a row of jumping and pulling, if you didn’t notice. That is OK, we are jumping and pulling from different planes than yesterday so everyone should be fine with it. Tomorrow, we Press. Even though the movements are slightly different than yesterday, we still want to pay a little bit more attention to getting everyone’s shoulders and lower legs warmed up properly and moving through some full ranges before we launch into 240 Double-unders and 60 Pull-ups.
