Congratulations to Alex Hernandez on his third UFC win! He won a decision in front of a pumped home crowd at the AT&T Center in San Antonio this weekend.
The Chosen Half Marathon…
is going down November 23rd. We want to help you finish it and we want you to feel good about it before, during, and after it’s all over.
We’ve put together a 6 week program chalked full of warm up drills, running drills, and tons of concepts to think about. Coach Jason Caffey’s experience in this very subject matter is through the roof and you can find that out when you introduce yourself to him, this Monday, July 29th @ 530pm, at our open discussion about the program.
