You’ve waited for a week to get the keys to slowing time down. How do we get our weekends to last a little longer if we can’t slow Earth’s rotation? Simple. Start with being in the moment more. Be more aware. Be more present…more observant.
Part of being present is taking a more omnipotent view of what’s happening around you. Don’t let the stimulus run the show, but rather, sit back and observe more. Genuinely take in everything around you. If you can slow your thoughts, you slow your perception of time, making it seem like a never ending story. You can do all of this while still enjoying yourself. As a matter of fact, you’ll find a much greater appreciation for the moment you’re living.
Equally, if not more, important than slowing your thoughts is taking a different perspective about what you do for a living. If you dread Mondays, you probably don’t like what you do for a living. If you don’t like what you do for a living…I’m not going to tell you to quit your job/career and move to greener pastures. I can’t be held responsible for what could possibly take place. That is 100% on you. 😉

6 Week Challenge
We wanted to “give you the scoop” on a challenge we are having for Non-Members, in the event you know someone who could use our services: family, friends, coworkers, etc. For the next two weeks, we are scheduling and conducting interviews. The challenge starts April 1st.
This is a Best Self Challenge. Whatever the goal, we’re here to see to it that whoever is involved starts on the right path to achieve that goal.
