We will do some skill/accessory work, but it will be done after the Workout. Make sure you don’t skip it, as it is very much part of the workout. Yes, you will be a little fatigued, but that is ok.<br /><br />The Reverse Lunges are done on the spot, and it is a total of 12 reps, alternating legs. You can hold the Kettlebell however they like, goblet, front rack , etc. You will most likely find a position that works best for them.<br /><br />The 1 Arm OH Carry is done with the same Kettlebell weight.
